The Llebroc CAD design center provides you with flexibility to view new design concepts in a fraction of the time required to produce actual samples.
To ensure quality and consisent uniformity in our patterns, Llebroc utilizes the Gerber Accumark 200 Pattern Unit.
All patterns are transformed through computer digitizing technology to our automated pattern maker. Each seat style is stored for instant recall, which prints the entire pattern automatically for cutting. Each pattern is identical, reducing variations of patterns to insure proper fit in sewing.
The Gerber High Ply 7200 and Low Ply 2001 cutters are utilized to cut all our production patterns and piece goods. The material cut with a variable high-speed reciprocating knife blade on a three-axis plane.
Machine accuracy is within 1/32 of an inch at maximum speed. Material usage and pattern conformance are completely controlled by the computer's operating software. The Gerber Cutter's data for cutting is generated through the Gerber pattern and grading equipment on site. New designs and styles can be issued to the cutting room and produced immediately without the need for specialized operator training. Both the quality and speed of computer aided cutting are unmatched compared to conventional methods.
Damage Clause
DO NOT SIGN FOR YOUR SHIPMENT AND LET THE SHIPPING COMPANY LEAVE UNTIL YOU HAVE OPENED AND THOROUGHLY INSPECTED YOU PURCHASTE.
It is the responsibility of the customer to inspect shipment before accepting. Receiver MUST note any damage to freight on the freight bill before signing the freight bill, and receiver should refuse to sign for/accept the shipment if damage is great.
